To give people read-only access in Outlook 2007 by default
Man, took me forever to find this. If you want your calendar to be read-only to everyone in your company by default:
- Switch the calendar mode
- Right click your calendar under My Calendars
- Choose Change Sharing Permissions
- Change Default to Reviewer
- Switch the calendar mode
- Right click your calendar under My Calendars
- Choose Change Sharing Permissions
- Change Default to Reviewer
