How to insert a row in Excel using keyboard shortcuts...

There really should be a direct keyboard shortcut just for this...

1 - Shift Space to select the row
2 - Control + to insert a new row
Delete a row
1 - Shift Space to select the row
2 - Control - to remove row

or even better
Alt+Enter to avoid having to use the shortcut key (after selecting a row)
