Final fix for doing clean install of CDM+ on Presario

Man, this killed me for many an hour. For installing CDM+ on a Compaq Presario SR1550NX the tech support guy told me to:
- go to c:\program files\CDM+ Pro\openbase\resources\
- copy the file called "localhost"
- go to c:\openbase\config\
- paste in "localhost"
- Open localhost using notepad
- Enter in IP address from ipconfig
- Stop all openbase related processes
- Go back to CDM+, go to File->Database Utilities and hit Refresh

Oy...
