How to stop Cisco Anyware VPN client from always asking twice to have access to your system keychain on the Mac

Launch “Keychain Access”:
  •  Go to Spotlight search and type “Keychain” or alternatively navigate to “Applications->Utilities->Keychain Access” from within Finder.
  • Within Keychain, select “System” on the left hand side
  • Select the certificate that shows up and open the disclosure triangle to expose the key inside
  • Select the private key with a long string of numbers
  • Double click the private key and a dialog should open
  • Select the second tab entitled “Access Control” and enter your password when prompted
  • Then select the + symbol at the bottom left of the dialog
  • After selecting the +, an overlaid dialog will appear allowing you to choose an application
  • Navigate to “Applications->Cisco” and select the “Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client”
  • Close the dialog and save the changes
