Ergo tip – 15min of standing for every 45min sitting

Research suggests that 15 minutes of standing for every 45 minutes of sitting is optimal for minimizing risks associated with sedentary work. Consider increasing your time standing to 15 minutes an hour.  

Prolonged standing is arguably just as unhealthy as prolonged sitting and is not recommended. Postural variation is the key to improve your overall comfort.
