Hey! Good news, I think I solved the problem. Try this:

In Outlook, click the "Contacts Search" button in the toolbar.
Change search scope drop-down to "All Folders" and search for the offending entry.
You should see your bug-a-boo in the "Suggested Contacts" section--at the top for me.
Double click the search result and delete the contact.

Done! Now, if somebody wants to explain how to locate all "Suggested Contacts" aside from the Contacts Search, that would be of interest to me. I would like to be able to groom or purge the entire set of contacts there.

OK, I answered that last question also.
Just do a "Contacts Search" in "Suggested Contacts" as the scope. 
Then clear the search box and you will see all suggested contacts.
Edit or delete the ones that you don't want.

Is this documented somewhere?

One thing it didn't mention is that you have to be on Windows and using IE (at least in my experience) since Active X is needed to launch Excel. Also note the helpful comment about adding the sharepoint URL to the Trust Sites if you get an error.

When using XML import for Ai

Make sure the variables column that Ai will use for it's data set identifier are unique, otherwise it will say that it's an invalid file and just block the import.

Mac Outlook Office Assistant times off by one hour

I think the issue is that Mac Outlook isn't updating it's timezone offsets to account for daylight savings time. To work around this I:

- Changed my computer's time zone and time to be manually set
- I set the timezone to be Arizona which is the desired -7 from GMT
- I then went into outlook and set the timezone to be Arizona as well

Note: setting to mountain time didn't seem to work.

- No keyboard shortcut to make a new meeting when viewing email or vice versa
- Inability to sync group contacts in Exchange, must enable via Preferences local computer in order to even create local groups
